Matthew led a national marketing campaign on The Beach House East Coast, a stylish function and events centre overlooking the ocean in East Ballina. A $7,200,000 sale price was achieved in collaboration with Kollosche Commercial. 

A successful auction campaign on a 75-acre Byron hinterland holding at 175 Flowers Road, Binna Burra fetched $4,150,000 ($250,000 over the reserve). Matthew achieved $3,100,000 ($200K over the reserve) under the hammer for the sellers of an idyllic estate on 18 acres in the Byron Bay hinterland hamlet of Brooklet.

A high-level performer known for consistent results, Matthew comes from an extensive sales and marketing background in Sydney where he worked for multinational giants such as Lion Nathan and Cisco Systems. 

More than eight years playing professional sport, including rugby in Italy and Northern Beaches together with rugby league for the North Sydney Bears and Manly Sea Eagles gives him a competitive edge in the real estate arena.
