I met Matthew while assisting my sister in her hunt for a rural hinterland property near Byron Bay. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with her  many questions. Buying this property was a slow burn which required a calm person to manage the negotiations. We met several agents during our search period (18 months) and many of them expected us to buy quicker than what worked for my sister, and without ticking all the boxes on her wish list. The buyer seemed to do everything possible to make things difficult for us, but Matt kept the sale on course and everything under control and got us a much better result than we could have hoped for.
